Hi there, @joe278. Do you happen to see an error message while trying to import to QuickBooks Online(QBO)?

To get your data into QBO, we’ll need to adjust the formatting of your CSV file first.

To begin, clear out any zeros so that the cells appear blank. Ensure that there are no numbers in your Description column. Your headers should only read "Credit" and "Debit." If they contain the word "amount," please remove that word.

If you're using a Mac, remember to save the file in the Windows CSV format.

Ensure that your dates are consistent by using the format dd/mm/yyyy. If the date includes the day of the week, separate them into different columns and remove the day of the week. You can follow these steps or refer to the instructions provided by Microsoft to complete the task.

Once your CSV file adheres to the specified guidelines, you can reimport your transactions.

If you require further assistance with importing your data into QBO, please respond to this post.

Another option, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
