Why why is QuickBooks the most horrible software and customer service around?

Because they don't charge enough to be able to afford decent customer service. Sad.

Because that's the way Intuit want it.

Intuit is a big company. If they wanted QuickBooks Online to be better and they wanted support to be better, it would be. They don't and so they're not.
