  • The bank might not support connections for all account types (e.g., personal vs. business accounts).

 

Please verify that you’ve selected a valid URL. To ensure you’re logging into the correct bank, you can copy the URL directly from your bank’s official website and paste it into QuickBooks.

 

If the connection still doesn’t work, check your bank’s website for any advisory notices or system maintenance updates that might affect QuickBooks connectivity.

 

If there are no maintenance issues and the correct URL still doesn’t connect, then your bank may not support QuickBooks for bank connections. You can contact your bank directly to confirm.

 

You can also share the name of your bank with us or any specific error message so we can provide you with accurate information. In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions.
