Yes, QuickBooks Desktop 2021 will continue to work beyond July 2024. However, we need to keep in mind that if you don't upgrade by May 31, 2024, you'll no longer have access to live technical support if you run into problems or any of the other Intuit services that can be integrated with QuickBooks Desktop.

This service includes QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, QuickBooks Desktop Payments, and online bank feeds. Also, you'll no longer receive the latest critical security patches and updates.
