Hi, Meena. Welcome to the Community. I have a few solutions for you.

If you're printing an invoice or estimate, we can create a special invoice/estimate template and rename it Delivery Note.

Here's how to create the template:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click New style.
  3. Select Invoice or Estimate.
  4. Go to the Design tab and give the template a name.

  5. Select the Airy Classic style from the Dive in with a template.

Then, add the SKU column:

  1. Go to the Content tab and click on the middle section (the item table) of the preview.
  2. Check the box for SKU.

  3. Uncheck the Rate and Amount boxes if you don't want the customer to see prices on the delivery note.
  4. Done, after.

Apply this template to the invoice/Estimate:

  1. Open the QuickBooks entry you want to print as a delivery note.
  2. Click Design on the right of the screen and select your Delivery Note Template.

  3. Click Print or Preview.

If you only need this for a few items and don't want to change templates, you can append the SKU directly to the item name.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, choose Products and Services.
  2. Click Edit on an item.

  3. Add the desired SKU.

Adding an SKU number to your delivery order is specific to your business for you to track the physical item in a warehouse.
