Hello there, Bhteam. Is the person or business sending the estimate also a QuickBooks user?

 

If so, please have them confirm that your correct email is on your QuickBooks customer profile. They may need to update your personal info, particularly the email address.

 

I also suggest checking your spam or junk folder. Look for emails from quickbooks@notification.intuit.com or the business name. If you find it there, you'll need to add Intuit email to your safe sender's list to ensure you receive important QuickBooks communications.
