Tax column is not showing in Bills, Cheques, Expenses, etc.

Anyone is facing the same issue now? Under supplies, bills, cheques, expenses, etc., all of these are not reflecting the column that is showing tax rate and tax amount. Have tried to contact via the chat box from 11 plus in the morning, till now there isn't any response from the team.

Please note that our chat availability hours vary on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Currently, we don’t have any notices regarding tax column issues, but this can sometimes occur due to browser-related issues or misconfigurations. Let’s work together to get this sorted out.

Please ensure your tax is setup properly and that tax rate is marked for purchases. This will ensure the tax rate is displayed within bills, expenses, or cheques.

If everything is set up correctly but the tax column is still not showing, let's troubleshoot this by logging in and out from your account. If still not displaying, please log into your account using an incognito/private browser window or a different supported browser to check if this might be a browser-related issue.

However, if the issue persists after following all the troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Live Support team. They have the tools and capabilities to investigate this further on their end and implement a fix immediately.

1. From your account, click the Help (?) icon at the top right corner.
2. Click the Search tab and enter your concern.
3. Select the Chat option. Our live support team will reach out to assist you during their available hours.
