In this case, we will need to check a couple of settings in your Payroll: Employee Details, how Superannuation is set up, as well as the created Super Batches. I recommend giving us a call for further troubleshooting so that we can isolate the issue and allow you to submit your Super Batch as soon as possible.

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
