Can you please tell me how to change an employees hourly rate to NOT include loading. The hourly rate is $40 but it shows up as $50 when I enter in to payroll.

You can set or adjust the rate loading for a pay category by following these steps:

1. Go to Payroll Settings and then select Pay Categories
2. Click on the Pay Category you'd like to adjust the rate loading for to expand the details of the Pay Category. 
3. This will expand the pay category details. You can then apply the appropriate rate or penalty loading to the base and linked Pay Categories
4. Once you're done setting the relevant loading, click Save.
