Employee Change from Casual to Permanent not Updated on Payslip

HI - I updated one of our employees to a permanent who accrues leave for the start of the new FY. Today I have gone to do the first pay run and his payslip is still showing up with the casual ordinary hours and no leave has accrued. I've changed the TFN section, pay template and leave template to match our other permanent employee so it should all look the same. Am I missing a step?

Hi Nicole,


We need to set the leave allowance to zero. Then for the past accruals, we adjust leave by going to Payrun. Under Actions, click on Adjust Leave.
