How can I make Payment in lieu of notice to a former employee? I need to pay 5 weeks to her and I am unable to find an option in INUTIT

So that we can better support you on this, may I verify with you whether the said employee has been terminated in your payroll record, please?

If you, you would need to make the employee active again so he or she can be included in a pay run. Here is how:
 

Make an employee inactive

1. Go to the Employees or Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Under Action, select the drop-down beside Edit.
3. Select Make Inactive.

If you decide to make the employee active again:

1. Select the Gear icon below Add an employee.
2. Select Include inactive.
3. Select Make active.
