How do I create payroll short cut to dash board

The Dashboard in QuickBooks Online is not customisable, thus you're not able to add a payroll shortcut. You can only customize the reporting period of the report tiles and the arrangement of the list of banks. 

To provide feedback to make the program better, you can do it by going to the Gear icon and select Feedback. Your suggestion goes directly to our developers who consider feedback for future QuickBooks enhancements.
