How do I increase staff super to 10% in QB?

Our Payroll system powered by KeyPay has automatically applied this recent change into the system.

You are able to check your employee's super rate by going into the Employees tab > Select employee name > Pay Rates.

This will show you the super rate as a percentage (%).

If this has not automatically been applied for you then please reach out to our customer support team who will help you troubleshoot this issue and raise it within the team.
