Hi ronak-patel88-ya,

 

To change the Job Title of your employees please see the steps below to get it done. 

 

  1. Select the Employees tab
  2. Select the Employee you wish to change their details for
  3. When in their Employee Details, on the left select Pay Run Defaults
  4. Scroll down and you see the option for Job Title, where you can make the change.
  5. Scroll down hit save.

Please take note, that these changes will take place on all payslips moving forward and will not update old ones.
