I have finalised my pay run, How can I Pay PAYG through Bpay?

In regards to your enquiry, PAYG is calculated from your finalised pay runs and is then populated when you prepare your BAS.

When it comes to actually paying the PAYG to the ATO, this is not something that can be done through QuickBooks directly.

QuickBooks will tell you exactly how much you are owing but you will have to pay them yourself.
