Hi, admin461. Yes, you can change the job title in the back-dated payslips. However, the process depends on whether it has been finalised.

To start, update the job title in the Pay Run Defaults section of the employee's profile. Once updated, the changes will automatically reflect on the pay runs that have not yet been finalised.

For those that have been finalised, you'll have to unlock it first to update the information. Please note that you can only unlock it if it has not automated super payments.

Here's how to unlock:

  1. Go to All Apps, then select Payroll.
  2. Choose the specific employee.
  3. Select Pay Runs and then choose the pay run you wish to unlock.
  4. Click Pay Run Actions, then choose  Unlock.
  5. Enter a Comment about why you’re unlocking it, then hit Unlock.

After that, remember to finalise them again.
