The issue you have encountered when accessing the payroll tab in QBO has been reported as an ongoing issue with the investigation number INV-113514. Our Product Engineers are working with our payroll partner to get it fixed as soon as possible.
While we don't have an exact turn around time for a fix, I highly suggest contacting our Customer Care Team so they can add your company details to the list of affected users. Once you're added, we can immediately notify you once the issue has been fixed.
To contact support:
- Click on the Help (?) icon.
- Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
- You'll be asked about your concern, and you'll need to enter and send it.
- If you can't see any related topics to your issue on what they shared, select No, get me a human.
- Then, click Contact Us.
- Choose either Callback or Chat.
