The new layout of the menus is horrible. It makes no sense and is very hard to find anything that we usually use. It is not intuitive. Please change it back. Very unhappy

Appreciate you sharing your feedback about the new layout design in QuickBooks Online. I'll definitely add this to our reports and let our Product Development Team know. These changes were made to provide options to customers to customise and bookmark your tabs in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, QuickBooks Online account is set to Business View. Let me guide you on how you can switch your view to Accountant View or using the more familiar navigation menu. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on the Settings icon at the top right corner.
3. Click on Switch to Accountant view to see a different lay out. 
4. You can always change it back to Business view if you want to.
