We have pay runs that do not appear in the P&L nor payroll clearing

It sounds like the payroll journals for these pay runs have not been processed properly.

We might try to re-post these payroll journals to see if they process properly and appear in your P&L and payroll clearing.

To do this, open the specific pay run or pay runs and Unlock the pay run.

Once you unlock the pay run, all you need to do is Finalise the pay run again and the payroll journals should be posted.
