Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check your browser settings on iPad and ensure that third party cookies is enabled. If you have third party cookies blocked in your settings this may cause issues with loading the Employees tab.
Here's how to enable third party cookies depending on the browser you're using:
For Google Chrome:
Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner.
Select Settings.
Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
Select Allow all cookies under General Settings.
For Safari:
Select Safari on the top left corner.
Select Preferences then Privacy.
Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
For Firefox:
Navigate to the Employees tab.
Select the Shield icon next to the URL bar on the top left corner.
Toggle the switch off for Enhanced Tracking Protection.
Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in and access Employees tab.
