Why can’ I see Payroll when I am logged in on a mobile device?

How exactly are you accessing your QuickBooks Online file? 

Please note, the QuickBooks Online mobile app does not have the ability to access your payroll system (Employees Tab).

If you were looking to access the payroll system on your mobile device, I would recommend signing into QuickBooks via an internet browser.

I would recommend using either Google Chrome or FireFox and logging in with your username and password.

You should be able to see the Employees Tab after logging in this way.
