Hi elaineg0511-gmai,

Welcome to the Intuit Community! Thanks for reaching out about downloading your information. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of the profitability of your company. I can provide some information about the download formats of QuickBooks Online.

From what you described, it sounds like you need to change the default program for opening your downloads. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Find a file of the type you want to change (e.g., a PDF file).
  2. Right-click on the file and select “Open with”.
  3. Choose “Choose another app”.
  4. Select QuickBooks (or the program you want to use) from the list.
  5. Check the box that says “Always use this app to open .pdf files”.
  6. Click “OK”.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
