I bill clients and accept payments in USD and CAD. Can I use Quickbook Payments and have the money deposited to the corresponding currency account?

Use QB Payment to accept CAD and another payment processor to accept USD.

Thank you for reaching out about your invoice payments. Quickbooks Online Payments is a great tool able to allow your customers to easily pay for your services from within the invoice you've sent. I can provide some information about payment currencies.

QuickBooks Online Payments is only compatible with invoices in CAD, so the invoices with any other currency would need to have their payments processed outside of QuickBooks. There may be a third-party app available in the Apps tab in QuickBooks Online. You can use the search bar in that section to view different apps, as clicking on one of them will show you information provided by its developer, as well as reviews left by other QuickBooks users.
