When entering expenses to your books, you'll want to be sure to select the account used to track your expenses, listed in the Category ▼ dropdown menu.  To learn more about account types, click here.  If you have multiple expense accounts in your chart of accounts, and you're not sure which one is the best fit, I suggest speaking with your accountant.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.
