In order to add a fee to a product, you'll first need to create a service fee item and here's how:
1. Navigate to the Sales menu and click on the Products and services tab. Select New.
2. Click on Service.
3. Give the fee a name.
4. From the Category ▼ dropdown, select the category that best describes the fee.
