It's vital that all transactions be entered correctly in order for your books to be well-balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses in order to be able to see the profit of your company. I can provide some information about moving money.
If you're looking at moving money from one location to another, or between different classes, without moving it from one account to another, one transaction able to do that would be a journal entry. to do so, click on the +New button, then Journal entry. Select the same account you want to affect for both lines of the entry, then enter one amount you want to move in debit, then the same amount in debit for the next line. You then should choose the Locations, or classes you want to affect for each line, then Save. If the amount you wanted to decrease instead increased, then go back to this entry, and change the credit and debit for each line.
