Question

When our manager sends an estimate and our customer replies to him, the reply comes to the main office email address and not his? can I have the reply come to his?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online enables you to set your company preferences, based on your specific business needs.  I can see the importance of redirecting customer replies to your Manager.  I'd be glad to help!

 

Follow these steps to enter the email address, where customers connect with you;

 

1. Go to your Settings ⚙ and open Account and settings

2. Click on the Edit 📝, in the Contact info section

3. Enter your Manager's e-mail address in the Customer e-mail field

4. Hit Save, then Done.
