When receiving inventory how do you go about adding it into your inventory count?I have an invoice and want to add what I received to my inventory and set up payable

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a powerful program with the features you need to accomplish your goals effortlessly.  You can add, edit or delete inventory items, so your list remains accurate and up-to-date.  I'd be glad to assist!

There are two ways you can add inventory items to your list and select the associated accounts.  Although you can add a new inventory item to your products and services, you can also add it directly from your forms.  Just start typing the product name on your form and select +Add.
