Running Balance Sheet by Class for an X period, I only see the beginning balance, not the balance which include subsequent transactions for same period. Why is this?

I can’t seem to record payments for my invoices - it worked so far, but not this week?

I usually send out invoices to my clients weekly and once I received payment, I record it in QB by linking the respective transaction to the invoice - but this week I can’t select any payments, when I click on any transactions, nothing happens

I can't open expenses in the QuickBooks Online app, it just will not load, the wheel just keeps spinning. I have used the resync option in settings but it remains.

I am using an Android phone with the latest firmware. I have deleted then downloaded the app again but still the same issue. Everything else's appears to be ok.
