I have an Amazon bill entered on 01/12/2023 and it is accounted for in the vat return for Nov-Dec 23. I am now doing the Jan-Feb 24 vat return and the same bill is showing up in vat details again. Anyone come across this before and, if so, how do I resolve it.

I want the inventory to be able to monitor the placements of tools in my workshop. For example, a toolbox came with wrench, plier and screw driver. Every morning, each mechanic will borrow a set of tools that he would use for his work and then return them in the evening. I want to find out which tool was not returned and who took it. I've spent the last day trying to figure out this problem. I use my US phone number for 2-layer encryption on my online accounts, but I live in Europe. I receive sms from all accounts, except Intuit. I found out that Intuit sends you a sms from a short 5 or 6-digit phone number. The carrier on my US number simcard will not accept sms or phone calls from short numbers due to fraud concerns. Are there any options to verify my phone number with Intuit? This is a major issue.

Hello, Im having major difficulty with quickbooks since the end of Oct and no resolution has been offered to me. My business has been suffering tremendously since then with entering our busiest period of the year. Im majorly stressed each day about it and all im been told is the engineers are working on it. Currently i cant print the below as the information is blank on the viewer & document. Only header & footer is showingCreditesDispatch NotesPurchase ordersQuotationsIve narrowed down the cause myself and its related to the font. The only reason i can print sales receipts and invoices still is that i could edit the font and this fixed the issue for these forms. I find it so hard to believe it can take months for the engineers to fix a font issue. For the first 4 weeks of my issue the customer service team didn't acknowledge my trouble. we cannot input anything on he quantity column of the invoice form. it is only happening when we convert estimate to invoice. If we create an invoice directly, the everything is working perfectly. But we need to create estimate first then convert it to invoice.
