I need help regarding the following issues on quickbooks - 1. Whenever I try to raise an issue through chat, the chat is not getting initiated. I don't get any response from the team for hours and the chat is not getting accounted for. Attaching screenshot for reference. 2. I have connected my shopify with quickbook and we charge shipping from customers. So, I want to know where the amount of shipping for each order is getting accounted for in quickbooks by default? Because we raise payment to the carrier against that shipping amount. Let me know, what can be done.

Hello Team,Unable to capture the response from webhooks. Kindly check this video for reference.As you can see in the above video clip, we did a test submission on Quickbooks by adding a customer and checking for its response on Webhook. siteit didn't capture the response.So kindly check on this concern and let us know what can be done to resolve this, as many of our QuickBook-using customers are facing this concern.

Hi Everyone! I hope you can help me. Am about to reinstall or move my old purchased QB desktop (Premier 2020) in other computer. I'm also doing the given steps here in the page, but after inputting my license number it keeps prompting me an unknown or not related email address. It said that the OTP sent to that email address. Is there any chance to contact that email? Or a chance to change that email and replace by mine, since I purchase and paid this quickbooks application. Pls help me.

I'm new to QB.    Imagine I connected all my banks last week, and uploaded my historic transactions for the past two years. Then I upload my suppliers and customers today, and include their VAT and tax details.  Will QB apply the tax/VAT rates to the list of transactions which were uploaded last week?    Eg. I was purchasing adobe software in 2019 and 2020. So that's in my transactions list for those years. Adobe is my supplier, but I haven't yet uploaded my list of suppliers.  So, If I upload Adobe's tax details today, will QB automatically apply the tax to the 2019/2020 transactions?   I've spent 3 hours so far today chatting to 4 different QB 'experts'.  None of them could help. I'm surprised.  My question I think is a common one.

when i enter a sales invoice the tax column is there, but not in expenses.  i am unable to set up a tax rate as it always has sales ticked.
