My payroll didn't process and there is no way to get a hold of Quickbooks customer service
Today is 8/29 but it has not been deposited

I always check https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/ before contacting support. Today, as usual, it shows everything is fine. Come to find out, there was a huge payroll issue that had already "been resolved". I was in queue on chat forever to find this out. The phone option showed "channel closed". Sure, not everyone checks the status page, but you would absolutely save yourselves some percentage of calls. Plus, that percentage of people wouldn't have had to waste their time in queue! By not updating the status page with outages like this, you are wasting untold hundreds of hours of work for your customers cumulatively.
Payroll was submitted prior to the deadline for next day processing. It shows it will be in my employees accounts today but it isn't.
My Direct deposits have not gone through yet and it usually happen first thing in the morning
Our Direct Deposit checks did not go through on 8/15/2025 and again today. 8/29/2025. QB help found that QB canceled the deposit at 7:59pm on Thursday night in the audit trail. We never found out exactly why it was canceled. I had to ACH each employee their check through our bank. Now today, the deposits have not gon through again.
I did payroll on Tuesday for it to be deposited today and it normally is deposited around 12 AM but it is now 8 AM and it still has not been deposited in anyone’s account. Did the holiday delay this even though the holidays on Monday? Trying to figure out why this happened to prevent it in the future.

I discovered a bug in the column "foreign open balance" A/P ageing detail report.The foreign open balance does not match the open balance if any settled were paid after the report cut-off day.
