Let's get your bank transactions uploaded so you can get back to business.
Before we start, are you trying to upload your bank statements manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Or your connected bank account doesn't upload the transactions? Any additional information would help us verify if there's an issue with the bank.
In the meantime, let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser. There are times that the browser you're using had a data issue, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different one.
If you have successfully uploaded all your bank transactions, you may want to categorize and match them. This will help make sure your transactions are in the correct accounts when adding them to QuickBooks.
Should you need any additional assistance while managing your bank transactions, you can leave a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you.
