How to I input a clients bank statement that has not been made available via CSV or OFX? How does the manual input work?

I'll share some information about your concern. 

 

Here are the file types that QuickBooks Online accepts at the moment. 

 

  • QuickBooks Online data (QBO)
  • CSV file

You can also reach out to your bank to see if they support any of these file types. If they don't, please visit our App Center or click the Apps tab to find a third-party app that can help convert any file you have.
