Question

I am drawing a Balance sheet report as at end Dec 2025, however when printed it shows a date as at the end of Dec 2024. How can I fix this?

Hello there, Retha.

Let’s work together to ensure your Balance Sheet report displays and prints the correct date seamlessly.

To start, let’s check the date filter settings for your report to ensure it reflects the correct date. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and open your Balance Sheet report.
  2. At the top of the report screen, locate the Report period field.
  3. Click Custom Date and ensure that the From and To fields reflect the correct date range.
  4. Verify that the report header is set to As of December 31, 2025.
  5. Click Print to confirm the correct date appears on the printed version.
