Can you please advise why we cannot import a journal entry or an expense on Quickbooks Online?

In the meantime, please ensure that your CSV files  are formatted correctly. Additionally, you can access your account using an incognito or private browsing window. This can help bypass potential issues caused by outdated or corrupted browser cache files that may be interfering with the import process.

You can also use other supported browsers for better compatibility.
