Does anyone know of a way I can determine who deleted several Journal entries in the system last week?

You've come to the right place for assistance. I'm happy to show you how you can view who deleted transactions and when in your QuickBooks Online account.

This info can be found be accessing the Audit Log. The Audit Log keeps a continuous record of activity in your account. You can access it by:

1. Clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Audit Log.
