Hello, I try to export my report to Excel file. The output Excel files shows account item but all the numbers become 0. Did I miss anything?

Normally, the exported data in Protected View to protect your computer from viruses. However, since the data is coming from us, we can guarantee that it's virus-free. Therefore, you'll want to click on Enable Editing so you can see the figures on the report.
