hi when i key in bank transaction, instead of journal, i termed it as bill payment , how do i change it

If you're looking to edit the Description field of a transaction you uploaded in QuickBooks Online (QBO), please be aware that this option is currently unavailable.

If the transaction has not yet been categorized, you can Exclude any incorrectly labeled transactions. After that, you can edit the file in a spreadsheet program, such as Excel, to correct the description and then re-upload it to QBO.
