I know QB Online has the 3 statement options but I want to customize my statement so that it only shows certain items.

Unfortunately, we're unable to fully customize or use a filter to show only specific items for Statements, BeckyC40.

The three standard statement types are designed to show a summary of the customer's account activity (invoices, payments, credits) rather than the line-item details from those transactions.

Also, we do have two limited customization options, and a workaround using a different type of display detail to achieve your goal:

    1. Single Line: List each transaction as a single line that includes all unpaid transactions for a customer.
    2. Detail Lines: List each transaction with all detail lines that show items, descriptions, and amounts from the original invoice under the invoice number on the statement. While this may bring you closer to your intended goal, it displays all items, rather than specific ones.

    To adjust these settings:

    1. Click the Gear Icon.
    2. Select Account and Settings and click on the Sales tab.
    3. In the Statements section, click the pencil icon (Edit).
    4. Select your preferred display option, either Single line or Detail lines.
    5. Click Save then Done.
