I'm here to make sure that you can download your Journal report in PDF swiftly, @userali2.
I'll lay down some information and troubleshooting steps about downloading reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Most of the reports in QBO can be exported to PDF or Excel. In this case, I'd recommend doing some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the error message.
Here's how:
Re-download the Journal report through incognito to check if it's a browser-related issue. This browser doesn't store cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
Control + Option + P (Safari)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
2. If you can download the report to PDF successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
Additionally, you have an option to click the Save customisation button to memorise the report. This will help you save time since it automatically updates every time there are newly added transactions.
