Let me guide you on extracting the audit history for a particular account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ajmal.

You can generate and customize a report to view recent activities, transactions, and adjustments made for a specific account, such as your Petty Cash account. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Navigate to Accounting. Select Chart of Accounts from the left menu.
  2. Find the Petty Cash account.
  3. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the account and select Run Report.
  4. Customize the Report. Adjust the Date Range to cover your period of interest.
  5. Click Customize to add any additional filters or columns.
  6. Once done, export it as an Excel or CSV file for further analysis. Click the Export button at the top of the report. Choose Export to Excel or Export to CSV, depending on your preference.
