Do you need to consolidate reports from multi QBO accounts? You can use a BI app as the workaround.

I understand the importance of consolidating your financial statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This feature can provide valuable benefits to all users managing multiple books.

 

Currently, this functionality is unavailable in QBO. As a workaround, I recommend integrating a third-party application to facilitate the seamless consolidation of your data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu and then click Find apps.
  2. In the Search field, you can type consolidate or other keywords.
  3. Select the app you want to integrate.

  4. Click Get App Now and complete the on-screen instructions.

 

You can also use the app suggested by 4Gal in consolidating your files.
