Hello, Ferdous.

Could you specify which report you're trying to access as a Standard user? This will help us identify any limitations and recommend the most effective troubleshooting steps.

As a Standard user, there are three available access levels to choose from:

  • All access
  • No access
  • Limited customers and suppliers

For more details, you can refer to this article: User roles and access rights.

If you’re using Standard all access permissions, you should be able to view most reports. However, if you're still experiencing issues despite the correct access rights, the problem can be related to browser performance. Common causes include an unstable internet connection, multiple active browser tabs, or excess cached data.

Here are some troubleshooting steps we can do:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and close extra browser tabs to improve performance.
  2. Refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard or clicking your browser's Refresh button ().
  3. Logging out and back in to your QuickBooks Online can resolve temporary session interruptions.
  4. Open QuickBooks Online in a private or incognito browser window to bypass cached data and browser extensions.
You can use a supported browser, like Google Chrome, for better compatibility.

When necessary, you can ask your primary or company admin to change your user role to access the required reports and features to complete your tasks. Then, you can already customise the report you need.
