I am not able to add Logo of the Company on reports while this function is working fine on another company on same account. can you please support?

We'll have to check a few things to upload the logo successfully. It must meet these requirements:

• Supported file types are.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
• The file should be smaller than 1 MB.
• Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
• Use the standard RGB colour space (RGB).
• The shape of the logo should also be square, instead of a rectangle.

You can open the logo in Microsoft Paint, then re-save it as a .jpg file. Once done, upload or add it one more time.
