The missing options may be caused by a corrupted cache store in your browser. Let's access your account using an incognito window. This mode disables the saving of cache. The shortcut keys are as follows:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of any unwanted internet files. You can also open your account in a different supported browser.
