Hi, Ayesha. I can help you show stock quantities in your report.

Before we proceed, can you clarify which specific report you are referring to as the month-end stock report?

In the meantime, since the Stock Valuation Detail Report (also known as the Inventory Valuation Detail Report) displays quantity changes and the associated transactions, let's use this report first for verification. This will allow you to confirm the following details:

  1. Changes in stock due to sold quantities (e.g., items purchased by customers and removed from inventory).
  2. Adjustments made to inventory quantities (e.g., manual updates, corrections, or other inventory-related adjustments).

If the necessary details are not visible on the report, double-check that the Item Type is set to Inventory Item on the Products and Services page. To do this:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon and choose Products and Services.
  2. Locate the specific product in question.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Ensure that the Item Type is set to Inventory Item under the item settings.

This setup ensures that the product is categorized accurately and presented correctly in inventory-related reports.
