Hello there, @refugeofhopeinte. I'm here to provide information about assigning classes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, assigning a class to a transfer is unavailable, you can only assign it in customer and supplier transactions.
As a workaround, you can use the Memo field to enter additional information.
To do that:
Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions (Take me there).
Select the bank account that the funds are coming from.
Find and select the transaction to open it.
Select Record as transfer, then, from the Transferred to dropdown, select the account where you transferred the funds.
Select Add.
