I'll share some information about the error message you encountered while sending out your statements.
There's a reported case about not being able to send any statements or transactions from within QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are currently working to fix the email delivery system as soon as possible.
For now, we'll want to download those statements or any other sales forms. Then, manually send them outside QuickBooks using Gmail or any other preferred email provider.
I would also recommend contacting our support agents. They'll get your contact information securely, then add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be receiving email updates about the issue.
Here's how to reach them:
Click the Help icon.
On the chat box, go to the Search tab.
Click the ContactUs button.
In the box, type something like "unexpected error when sending out invoices."
