To view all memos or descriptions in all associated accounts, we can pull up the Transaction List by Account report.

In the Find report by name field, search and select Transaction List by Account.
Click the Customize button.
Choose the correct date.
In the Rows/Columns section, make sure to put a checkmark next to Memo/Description.
